Fitness

Welcome to the fitness resource section I have put together. I have curated a list of tools and resources I strongly recommend (and that I actually use). Over the years I have tried countless fitness products. Some I tried and didn't like. Some I liked at first; but, eventually found an alternative I liked better. Others have a permanent place in my kit and recommend you get them out.

This is an ever evolving list. As my fitness and training goals change, the products and resources I mention here will adjust as well.

Some of the links below are affiliate links, which means that if you choose to make a purchase, I will earn a commission. This commission comes at no additional cost to you.
